He enjoys the many aspects of vet clinic work but has a particular interest in internal medicine, radiology and ultrasound.

Anna Jolly
BVSc (Dist)

Anna is an experienced veterinarian who has worked in the Howick/Bucklands Beach area for many years including most recently as part of the Manukau After Hours Veterinary Clinic team.

Anna was a staff member as a young graduate at Bucklands Beach Veterinary Clinic and so has returned "home" in a way.  She is enjoying working in a collaborative environment with our team of veterinarians.

Deborah Jones

Debbie has been a veterinarian for over 30 years and has worked mostly in London or Auckland. She lives in an apartment in central Auckland.  Debbie has a very shy rescue cat called Moth who only has three legs. Moth was a badly beaten SPCA cat. She had to amputate one of her hindlegs as it was in so many pieces.  Moth came home with Debbie to recover and learn to walk again and luckily for her, she never went back to the SPCA.  Moth is named after a fairy in Shakespeare’s Mid Summer Nights Dream. The other fairies are Cobweb, Mustardseed and Peaseblossum, so she has three more cats names ready!

Outside of work Debbie loves books, film – addicted to Auckland film festival every year; theatre, travel and obviously Shakespeare!

Ann Koo
BVSc (Dist)

Ann qualified with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science degree in 2020.  Before joining our team in 2024, she worked as a small animal veterinarian in a busy practice in Palmerston North.  Ann has a special interest in surgery, imaging and dentistry. Ann also loves the variety that comes with GP work.

In her spare time Ann enjoys everything to do with crafts and photography.  Ann doesn't have any pets just yet, but all animals that come to visit the clinic will be treated like one of her own.

Ann is fluent in Korean which is of great assistance to our Korean speaking clients.

Eva Liao

Eva graduated with a Bachelor of Veterinary Science from Massey University in 2021. Before joining us in 2023, she was working at the SPCA in Auckland.  Eva has a particular interest in Avian Medicine including wild bird rescue.
